The Summit Forum program is a brand-new unique opportunity for business leaders and entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership skills, solve complex problems, and achieve significant growth, while building a trusted, supportive cohort. Our mastermind brings together a select group of 8-12 vetted participants, providing a collaborative environment where you can leverage the collective experience of peers, mentors, coaches and the Silicon Couloir Ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

Tuition: $2,500 (paid in full prior to start)
Monthly Meetings: 2-hour in-person meetings, once a month (11 total)
Session Dates: Second Tuesday of each month from 9:00-11:00 am

1. Who can apply for the Silicon Couloir + Eddyline Coaching Mastermind?
The program is designed for Founders, C-Suite leaders, TEAMS participants, and leaders of local ventures. Participants are selected through a rigorous application process to ensure a high-quality, goal-oriented cohort. Non profit leaders participating in TEAMS will be considered.
2. What is the commitment required for this program?
Participants are expected to attend 1, 2-hour in-person meetings per month for 11 months. Additionally, there are individual participant meetings, Hogan Assessment debriefs, and ongoing engagement through a private Slack group.
3. What are the benefits of participating in this mastermind?
Participants gain access to a hand-selected cohort of top business leaders, mentors, and coaches from the Silicon Couloir ecosystem. 4. How does the application process work?
Applications open on August 26, 2024, and close on November 1, 2024. Participants will be notified of acceptance by November 8, 2024. The onboarding process includes individual 1:1 Hogan Assessment meetings with the coach in the first and second weeks of December.
5. Are there opportunities for additional learning and networking?
Yes, the program occasionally features guest speakers who are experienced and impressive local business people, providing insights on various topics of interest. This enhances the learning experience and offers additional networking opportunities.
6. What if I can't make it to one session?
While regular attendance is important for the group's dynamic and your benefit, we understand that conflicts may arise. Please notify the facilitator in advance if you need to miss a session, and efforts will be made to keep you updated on what you missed and provide any necessary materials.
7. What is the general structure of a meeting?
Two Participants present an item for discussion and feedback at each meeting. Presentations could be related to work or personal. Participants are assigned an accountability partner for a stated goal or growth area that rotates between sessions. The expectation is to contact your accountability partner 1x/ week min.
8. Is there homework or work between sessions?
Yes, participants are expected to engage in follow-up actions such as connecting with their accountability partners, applying insights from meetings, and preparing for their own or presentation. This commitment ensures ongoing progress.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:
Patrick Kearney (PK) brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, and facilitator, supporting individuals and teams. PK is dedicated to helping others realize their potential, driving meaningful change and creating new opportunities.
PK has worked with hundreds of students and dozens of teams, including executives at top companies like Google. As the founder of Jackson-based, Eddyline Coaching and Facilitation, his approach emphasizes nurturing communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
PK is a graduate of Silicon Couloir’s Start-Up Success: Fundamentals, and has attended numerous other Silicon Couloir events.
He holds a Master’s in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, holds coaching and facilitation certifications from Integral Coaching Canada, Hogan Assessments, Design Your Life, and AJ+Smart. PK lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with his wife and two young children.
